How do i know i have this issue?
You will hear a constant 'creaking noise' from the bottom of the bike as you pedal.
What causes this issue?
Usually, this issue comes from come from one/multiple screws of the BB that aren't correctly tightened and/or don't have Loctite on them, probably the drive-side screws (hidden behind the front sprocket).

Repair Instructions
Replace the bottom bracket with this tutorial.
Additional written Instructions;
Remove the belt, both crank arms and the front sprocket
Tighten all screws on the BB (both drive and non-drive sides), according to the torque table (drive side: 3 Nm, with loctite; non drive side: 8 Nm).
We expect removing the 2x drive side screws, adding Loctite and tightening them to 3 Nm should do the trick.
Reinstall the front sprocket and tighten it to the correct torque (30 Nm), then grease and reinstall both crank arms (45 Nm).
Check the torque of the rear sprocket lock ring if the noise remains (45 Nm).
