My rides aren't uploading or only show partial data. What can I do?

Recent trips can sometimes take a few minutes or hours to appear in the Trips History, since it requires both the phone and the bike to have good cellular connectivity.

To confirm that your trips get uploaded correctly, could you please do the following:

  • Ensure you have updated your bike and app to the newest version.

  • Take the bike outside for a short ride of 100-200m

  • Lock the bike via the app while you are outside

This should “force” any previously missing trip to appear in your trip history.
