Trade-In is when a customer returns their old bike (Cowboy or other brand) and gets a voucher for a new Cowboy bike in exchange. This is particularly useful if you own a previous Cowboy bike model or a bike from another brand and would like to switch to a Cowboy bike at a lower price.
