Yes, make sure to add any additional features such as the Performance upgrade or custom colors to the bike’s total cost in the FiscFree order. If you forget, these costs will be charged to you separately.

No, it’s not possible to purchase a Circular bike through FiscFree. Only new bikes can be ordered through the Fietsplan.

You can select a bike from any dealer affiliated with Nationale Fietsprojecten. They work with over 2,800 dealers. You can find one near you by entering your postcode on their website.

Make sure to add the extra costs (Performance, colour, etc.) of the bike (indicated on the quote) to the price of the bike, so that it will also be covered by Fietsplan. If not, we'll have to charge this cost separately to you.

To lease a Cowboy bike via JOOLL:

No, you do not need to request a quote from Cowboy directly. JOOLL will manage the leasing process through their own platform. Simply get in touch with JOOLL to initiate the process.

Visit the JOOLL website to see the pricing options, or use their platform to get personalized leasing details based on your terms. JOOLL offers low monthly prices and includes insurance and a service plan in the lease package.

At the end of your JOOLL lease (typically 36 months), you can either return the bike, exchange it for a new one, or purchase it outright. If you choose to buy the bike, the service and insurance packages do not carry over to the purchased bike.

You can calculate the monthly leasing price via the JobRad calculator. By leasing your bike through JobRad, you can save up to 40% compared to a traditional bike purchase. The monthly instalments are simply deducted from your gross salary, providing you with additional tax savings.

The leasing period with JobRad is 36 months or 48 months, with monthly instalments deducted from your gross salary until the end of this period.

Depending on your situation, there are various possibilities. It’s best to discuss your options with your employer.

No, it is not possible to add our theft insurance to your JobRad offer. JobRad has its own insurance against theft, accidents, and damages, which is included in the leasing package.

Yes, you can add both the bike and accessories to your order. However, please note that smartphone mounts and matching phone cases are not leasable through JobRad and therefore cannot be included in the JobRad offer. For all of our Cowboy models, a smartphone mount is already included with the bike. If you request these accessories in the form, we will create a separate order for you outside of your leasing contract.

No, this is not possible. You can only lease a new bike.

Unfortunately, you cannot switch from a traditional purchase to a JobRad leasing order. The only option is to cancel your existing order and place a new one through JobRad.

The last step is to confirm the handover on the JobRad platform. Only then will the insurance and leasing begin.

How do I confirm the handover of the bike?

In general, this is not possible. When you receive your bike, it is important to check it carefully for any defects or faults. If your bike is delivered with any damage, please contact our customer service. An exchange for the same bike is possible in certain cases.

To ensure your GCI voucher covers the entire purchase, your quote should include VAT and any applicable shipping costs. You can request the full price via our quote request form here. Ensure that the voucher amount matches the full order cost.

If your GCI certificate is delayed and your quote is close to expiration, we recommend requesting a new quote on the last day of any active promotion. This will lock in the promotion price for another 14 days, allowing time to complete the Cycle to Work process.

You can purchase your bike from a specialist shop, major retailers like Evans or Halfords, or even online. If you already own a bike, you can still take advantage of the program by purchasing accessories, provided the total value is over £100.

Your employer pays the full cost of your bike and accessories upfront. This amount is then recouped from your gross salary over 12 or 18 months, allowing you to save on your National Insurance payments. This means you save both tax and National Insurance on the total value of your bike and accessories.

Absolutely! There are no restrictions on how you use your bike. Whether you’re cycling with friends and family or enjoying solo rides, your bike is yours to enjoy as you wish.

If you decide to keep your bike after leaving the company, any outstanding monthly payments will be deducted from your final salary.

The Cycle to Work program with Dash allows you to browse and order a range of Cowboy bikes and accessories through a specially enabled storefront. By participating, you can enjoy savings of 28-47% on your purchases.

The cost of your selected items is split into 12 monthly payments, which are deducted from your gross (pre-tax) salary. This process, known as salary sacrifice, helps you save on income tax and national insurance contributions.

After the 12-month period, you can continue using your Cowboy bike and accessories at no additional cost. This allows you to enjoy the benefits of your bike without any further payments.
