I missed a promotion. Can it be applied to my order?
We understand that missing a promo can be frustrating. We encourage you to subscribe to our newsletter to avoid missing them.
If your order was placed and a promotion appears afterwards, we cannot apply the promotion to your order.
If your order has not left our warehouse, we suggest cancelling it and placing it again with the promotion. Please note that your order will be pushed back to the end of the queue.
If your order has left our warehouse, we can no longer cancel it. In this case, return shipping costs will be charged. You can find more information about this here.
Are promotions compatible with one another?
Unless stated otherwise, promotions are not compatible with one another and cannot be applied retroactively. Therefore, only one promo code may be used for a single order.
