How to check or track your bike, accessory or spare part order

When will I receive my accessories / spare parts? When will my accessories / spare parts arrive?

For accessories and spare parts, the usual delivery timeline is approximately 7 days. You can always track your delivery using the tracking link in your order status page. If you don't see any movement for your order on your tracking link for more than 5 days, do get in touch with the delivery partner to ask for an update.

If you ordered a spare part to repair your bike and there is a delay because it is currently out of stock, you will receive an update per email with the estimated time of arrival. If the estimated date changes, you will receive an updated estimation per email.

1. While ordering your bike, you will find different timelines.

The most general delivery estimation can be found before selecting the bike you wish to order. That estimation is effective for only some bike configurations. In order to know exactly what the expected delivery timeline of the bike you want is, you need to select your bike. You will then see the updated estimated delivery timeline for your exact bike configuration. This delivery timeline is confirmed once you have selected all the accessories and services you wish to add to your bike.

2. Once you have ordered your bike, you will find the above mentioned timeline on your order status page.

You can access this order status page by logging in to your personal portal which you can find using this link: http://account.cowboy.com/. All the information we currently have on your order will be provided there.

If the timeline would change for any reason, it will be adapted in there. We will also notify you proactively by email if this would be the case.

Kindly note that the exact delivery date will be decided directly with the delivery partner. Cowboy therefore cannot promise an exact delivery date or an earlier delivery than the one initially communicated. Unfortunately, it is also not possible to delay the delivery of your Cowboy bike or to request an earlier delivery than the one communicated to you. Our delivery partner might offer an alternative date within a week, but for delays longer than that, you will need to refuse the delivery, return the bike, and place your order again.

The moment your bike is ready to be delivered by our delivery partner, they will get in touch with you to schedule a delivery date together with you.

Parts

When will I receive my spare part?

If you have confirmed your order, your spare part will normally arrive within 7 working days.

If you are awaiting a spare part, you will find the delivery status on your order status page accessible via this link http://account.cowboy.com/. All the information we currently have on your order will be provided there.

My spare part hasn't arrived, what should I do?

You can check the most recent status update of your spare part delivery via your order status page, which you can access via this link http://account.cowboy.com/. Here you can find your tracking link and the contact details for the delivery partner.


Order delays

We sincerely apologize for any delay you may have experienced with your bike or spare part order. We appreciate your patience and understanding as we work diligently to expedite its delivery. For context, when giving an expected delivery timeline to the orders, we always take many factors into account (stock, bikes in transit to our warehouse, bikes in production, expected production, but also usual speed of deliveries depending on the country and the time of the year).

Some of those factors are in our control, but most of them aren't. It can therefore happen that your bike arrives earlier than expected, or later than expected.

If our Logistics Team finds out that your order will not arrive as planned, they will send you a proactive email to let you know what the newest expectation is.

In any case, our team is sending orders in chronological order for each bike model and colour. The team is therefore always doing its best to ship and deliver your bike as quickly as possible and to respect the expected timeline that was provided upon ordering.

  • If you received an email about a delay with your order, we really appreciate your patience; rest assured that we are prioritising sending your - delayed - bike over anything else. As soon as we have more information about your order, we will update your order status page accordingly.

  • If, on the other hand, you did not receive an email from us and the delivery date on your order status page shows a date in the past, please do get in touch with the team and they will investigate what the issue is and make sure your bike arrives as quickly as possible.


Delivery lead times

The easiest way to get to know the estimated timeline of the Cowboy bike you want is by configuring your bike on our website. Click on the button below to do so.

The timeline depends on the bike availability, the expected production of this specific bike model and colour, and the expected time to transport the bike from the warehouse to your desired address.
