What is Cowboy Care?
Cowboy Care is an all-inclusive maintenance service at your door to keep your bike in perfect shape.

How can I subscribe to Cowboy Care?
To subscribe to Cowboy Care, you can simply purchase it through the app in the "Subscription" part. You will then be able to book an appointment through your App directly.
Kindly note that Cowboy Care is a subscription that will automatically be renewed each year, and your card will be debited, unless you cancel your subscription before the renewal date.
How do I cancel my Cowboy Care subscription?
If you have not used your Cowboy Care Service and that you are still within the 14-day period after purchase, you can simply request a cancellation of your subscription by filling out this form by clicking on the following link: https://airtable.com/shrLrvFneQbj8KCqR
If you have used your Cowboy Care subscription already and/or are outside of the 14-day period after your activated Cowboy Care, I'm afraid that we will not be able to refund the service. Your subscription will therefore continue until the end of the subscription period, exactly one year after the activation date of Cowboy Care.
If you would like to cancel the renewal of your Cowboy Care subscription, then you can easily do so by clicking on the allocated button in your app, in the Subscriptions part when checking your Cowboy Care subscription. By doing this, your subscription will be available until the end of the subscription period, but the automatic renewal will be cancelled.
Where do you offer the Cowboy Care service?

The only current cities where we offer Cowboy Care are the following: Brussels, Ghent, Antwerp, Berlin, Cologne, Dusseldorf, Frankfurt, Munich, Hamburg, Paris, London, Utrecht, Amsterdam and Rotterdam.

If your city is not covered by Cowboy Care yet, we will do our very best to expand this service as quickly as possible.
There is no availability in the coming days for my Cowboy Care appointment, what should I do?
We always do our best to make sure that all our customers can have a quick appointment. If there is no availability for Cowboy Care within a few days, please try to check a couple of days later, as our team is automatically warned when availabilities are missing. If you still cannot see new appointment possibilities then, please then fill out the feedback form to make sure the team adds availabilities shortly.
Why did I receive an automatic withdrawal of 240€ on my card?
When you subscribe to Cowboy Care, each year, 240€ will be deducted from your credit card. This can be stopped by cancelling the renewal through your Cowboy app directly, in the Cowboy Care section.
If the money was deducted but you actually wanted to cancel the renewal, bear in mind that you always have 14 days to cancel the renewal after the renewal date as long as you have not used your Cowboy Care Service. In this case, please fill out the cancellation form.
How do I update my credit card information?
If your credit card is soon expired or has expired, the system will mark the renewal of your Cowboy Care subscription as failed. You will receive an email to update your payment method automatically then.
