Where do you deliver your bikes?
We are currently shipping our bikes to Austria, Belgium, France (excluding Corsica), Germany, Luxembourg, the Netherlands, mainland Britain (England, Wales and Scotland as far north as, and including, Edinburgh and Glasgow), Italy, Spain (excluding the Balearic Islands and the Island of Tenerife), Sweden and Denmark.
We plan to launch deliveries, test rides, and after-sales service in other countries in the future. We don't have specific launch dates yet, but if you subscribe to our newsletter, we'll happily keep you posted once we arrive in your home country.
For our Circular bikes, we are currently shipping them exclusively to Belgium, the Netherlands, Germany, and France.
How does the delivery happen in my country?
Belgium, the Netherlands and Luxembourg
Belgium, the Netherlands and Luxembourg
If you live in Belgium, the Netherlands or Luxembourg, your bike will be delivered with Visutrans.
Once Visutrans receives the bike from our warehouse, they will transport it to your doorstep. You can follow your bike with a tracking link that you can always find on your order status page that you received in your confirmation email.
From the day your bike left our warehouse, Visutrans usually contacts you via email or phone within 2 to 5 business days.
You can adapt the delivery date directly with them if the suggested time does not suit you.
Prior to the delivery, you will also receive an estimated timeframe for when the bike is expected to be delivered. Please beware that this estimation can change depending on unforeseeable events.
Visutrans will be your point of contact from the moment you have received the tracking link.
France
France
If you live in France, your bike will be delivered with Geodis. Once the order is placed, your bike is shipped to Geodis' warehouse in Valenciennes, and it will then head to your doorstep.
You can track your bike using the tracking link you received in your confirmation email. The link is always on the order status page.
From the day your bike left our warehouse, Geodis usually contacts you via email or phone within 3 to 7 business days.
Through the tracking link, you can choose the best delivery date for your bike. Please note that no timeframe can be chosen, so the bike can be delivered anytime between 8 a.m. and 6 p.m. on the day you choose. A more precise estimation can be provided on the day of the delivery, but it can change depending on unforeseeable events.

Germany / Austria

If you live in Germany or Austria, your bike will be delivered with DHL.
You can track your bike using the tracking link you received in your confirmation email. The link is always on the order status page.
DHL usually takes 3 to 7 business days to contact you via phone from the day your bike leaves our warehouse. They will call you to organise an appointment for the delivery. You will be able to choose an approximate timeframe for the delivery as well.
On the day of delivery, the partner will call you again 30-60 minutes before the delivery. Even if you do not pick up the phone, the delivery partner will try to deliver the bike; please ensure that someone can receive the package.
Italy, Spain, Sweden or Denmark

If you live in Italy, Spain, Sweden or Denmark, your bike will be delivered with Geodis.
You can follow your bike with a tracking link that you can always find on your order status page that you received in your confirmation email.
It usually takes 5 to 10 business days for Geodis to get in touch with you via email or phone from the day your bike leaves our warehouse.
Through the tracking link, you can choose the best delivery date for your bike. Please note that no timeframe can be chosen, so the bike can be delivered anytime between 8 a.m. and 6 p.m. on the day you choose. UK
UK
If you live in the UK, your bike will be delivered by our partner ArrowXL (AXL).
AXL operates a warehouse stocked with Cowboy bikes, allowing shipments to the UK to depart directly from this location, which shortens the delivery timeline.
Once we have shipped your bike, it usually takes 2 to 5 business days for AXL to contact you via email or phone from the day your bike left their warehouse.
You will then receive an SMS/email with a link to choose the delivery date for your bike. Kindly note that no timeframe can be chosen, but AXL will estimate the delivery time as the delivery time approaches.
