We are so excited to launch our Cowboy Cruiser! Here are some common questions around our exciting new model.
When do you expect to deliver the Cowboy Cruiser?
We will always provide you with an estimated delivery time for your bike, which you will see when placing your order. The delivery timeline for your bike will depend on the bike configuration and the colour.
However, please note that this is only an estimation and that various factors can influence the delivery schedule.
We advise you to regularly check your confirmation page for the most up-to-date information. You can access your confirmation page by logging in to your personal portal which you can find using this link: https://shorturl.at/cHT37.

Can i exchange my current bike model for a Cowboy Cruiser?
It is not possible to exchange your current bike against the new Cruiser model. If you would prefer to have a Cowboy Cruiser bike, you will need to return your current bike and order the new bike from the website. Please be aware of the guidelines to return your bike that you can find here.
What is the difference in ride feeling between Cowboy Classic, Cowboy Cruiser and Cowboy Cruiser ST?
Experience a lower pedalling cadence that gives the Classic its sporty spin. From standstill to ride, you'll feel a slight increase in push-off effort, which is compensated by the integrated AdaptivePower ride parameters. This model is ideal for those who want a dynamic cycling sensation to match their active stance on the bike.

Do Cowboy 1, 2 and 3 keep their original name?
Yes, Cowboy 1, Cowboy 2 and Cowboy 3 remain the same. Only new Cowboy 4 and Cowboy 4ST were renamed to, respectively, Cowboy Classic and Cowboy Cruiser ST.
Can I put the handlebar / steering wheel of Cowboy Cruiser on my Cowboy Classic?
It is not possible to change the handlebar / steering wheel of your Cowboy bike in general. The technical construction is different in each model, and they are not compatible with one another.
Why does my bike box mention Cowboy 4 / Cowboy 4ST instead of Cowboy Classic / Cowboy Cruiser ST?
We recently changed the names of our latest models, Cowboy 4 and Cowboy 4ST into Cowboy Classic and Cowboy Cruiser ST respectively. It is possible that the labels on the boxes still use the old names but you have definitely received the Cowboy bike you ordered 😉.
Can I test ride the Cowboy Cruiser bike before purchasing it?
You can test the Cruiser bike in our brand stores in Brussels, Paris, and Berlin. Click here to schedule your test ride, and drop by our store.
In other cities, we recommend booking a test ride on the Cruiser ST: it offers the exact same riding position as the Cruiser with only unnoticeable differences. Test Riding the Cruiser ST allows you to verify if the Cruiser would fit. The choice is only a matter of personal design preference.
From testing the Classic, the Cruiser position is significantly different. However, our Test Rider will help you "simulate" the Cruiser riding position while holding your bike still.
Finally, we plan to equip our 10 biggest cities with Cruiser test bikes in a few weeks to enable Test Rides at home. We don't plan to equip other cities as the Cruiser ST offers a nearly identical Test Ride experience.
Is there a difference between Cowboy 4 and Cowboy Classic, or between Cowboy 4ST and Cowboy Cruiser ST?
No, Cowboy Classic is the new name of the Cowboy 4. Cowboy Cruiser ST is the new name of the Cowboy 4ST. Only Cowboy Cruiser is a brand new bike model.
In which colours is the Cowboy Cruiser available?
Cowboy Cruiser is currently available in Sand, Black, Fig, Clay and Lavender.
Is Cowboy Cruiser available in the US?
Cowboy Cruiser is not available in the US yet. We do not have an ETA to provide at the moment, so feel free to subscribe to our newsletter to receive all the latest news about our new models 🚀
