Can I attach a trailer on my Cowboy bike?
If you own a Cowboy 3
A trailer typically must be attached to the rear wheel axle. The rear wheel axle of the Cowboy 3 is fixed and has a diameter of 12mm. Most trailers are designed for axles of 10mm diameters. You'll likely thus likely need to drill the hole to enlarge it. Some of our customers and employees have already done it successfully. You can find a suggestion here. Please bear in mind that, since it is a third-party accessory, the warranty will be voided for this part.
We would still advise you to go to your nearest bike shop, so that he can guide you in your choice and the installation of the trailer.
If you own a Cowboy Classic / Cowboy Cruiser / Cowboy Cruiser ST
Adding a trailer to our bike is one of the more often requested accessories. For our Cowboy Classic/Cruiser/Cruiser ST you can purchase the trailer adapter on our webshop.
Can I add a front basket/rack on my bike?
Although we do not offer a first-party front rack or front basket, if you would like to attach a front rack or a front basket to your bike, we suggest to take a look at this third-party website.
How do I adjust the height of the handlebar?
Kindly note that due to the electronics infrastructure in the cockpit, it is not possible to adjust the height of or change the handlebar on the Cowboy Classic / Cowboy Cruiser / Cowboy Cruiser ST.
If you own a Cowboy 3 or previous version, then it is possible to raise the height of or change the handlebar by choosing a third-party stem on the following third-party website: https://cowboy.tools/carriers/, but since those are third-party accessories, if you modify your handlebar the warranty will be voided on this part.
