Maintenance and tire puncture fix
Giving your bike a check-up every 1000km will prolong its life and ensure your safety. To benefit from unlimited on-demand maintenance, subscribe to Cowboy Care. We currently do not offer the possibility to pay for a single maintenance or tire puncture fix.
Repair
Do you have an issue with your bike? Please chat with us to describe your problem. Our support team will first conduct a remote diagnostic and then schedule the right service for you.
Please find below more information about our service fees, if they're not covered by the 2-year warranty.
Parts fees
The parts necessary to repair your bike will be shipped straight to your place in case of mobile service, and be in stock at our Service Centers. The price of those parts will appear on the quote you'll receive.
Labor fees
The tasks required to fix your bike and their price will also appear on your quote.
Note that a minimum labor fee of 30€ applies for all mobile services.
If you go to one of our Service Centers, no minimum labor fees will apply.
Travel fees
In case a mobile technician comes to you, you'll be charged for the travel. We're using a flat fee of 25€ in all the cities where we have a technician*, and 85€ anywhere else.
If you go to one of our Service Centers, no travel fee will of course apply.
