All new Cowboy bikes come with a 2-year warranty starting from the date you activate your bike (1 year for Cowboy Circular bikes). Issues identified and reported during the warranty period will be eligible for coverage, but issues diagnosed after the warranty period are no longer covered under the warranty policy.
Warranty Coverage Policy
Cowboy ensures coverage for repair costs if issues are reported while the bike is under warranty. Defects diagnosed after the warranty period will not be covered, and no exceptions are made under the policy.
All problems must be reported during the warranty period to qualify.
Repaired parts receive an additional two years of warranty from the repair date.
