The On Demand Service is an on demand one-time intervention. Cowboy wishes to give access to an expert to most of their customers and in the most flexible way possible. You may select one of the following one-time interventions in your app :
Rear rack installation
Child seat installation
Set-up & Unboxing
Maintenance
Tyre puncture
How can I request an On Demand Service ?
Easy of access, you may go in your Cowboy app directly and request a service. At the bottom of your screen, you can click on the question mark and you will be able to see the service request. Here is the principle :
Order your parts on our website or in your app directly*
Go to your app to book an appointment after receiving your parts
Get an intervention from one of our trained experts at your preferred address (within our covered addresses)
*If you need a maintenance or tyre puncture fix, our technician will have the parts needed to help you out.

Is it available for every bike model ?
The On Demand Service is available on all our models.
The only exception is the rear rack and child seat installation. Rear rack installation is only available on our Cowboy Classic, Cruiser and Cruiser ST models.
What is included in the “Set up & Unboxing ” ?
Handlebar, pedals and brakes tightening
Ideal saddle adjustment to suit the rider body shape
Tyres pressure check
Bike pairing with the app and connected features activation
Product demo and answer to any question customers might have

How much does each task cost for On Demand Service?
We invite you to go through your app and try booking a service to have the correct price. This price may differ according to your address: the further from the city, the more expensive the travel costs are.
The following are the starting prices:
Rear rack installation: From 69€ / £69.00 / 515.00 kr (danish) / 825.00 kr. (swedish)
Child seat installation: From 69€ / £69.00 / 500.00 kr (danish) / 620.00 kr. (swedish)
Tyre puncture fix: From 74€ / £74.00 / 550.00 kr (danish) / 880.00 kr. (swedish)
Bike set-up: From 94€ / £94.00 / 700.00 kr (danish) / 1220.00 kr. (swedish)
Maintenance: From 99€ / £99.00 / 740.00 kr (danish) / 1180.00 kr. (swedish)
What is the difference between On Demand and Care ?
Our Care service is a yearly subscription giving you access to multiple interventions and parts which you may find here. You may buy this subscription directly in your app.
The on demand service is a one-time intervention, which you may book directly in your app as well. It covers the following interventions :
Rear rack installation
Child seat
Set-up & Unboxing
Maintenance
Tyre puncture
Those two services are independent from one another. If you have Care and need help with your rear rack installation, you will now also have access to an expert, this will be part of our on-demand service and will require a payment.
Do I pay for On Demand if I have Care?
Full maintenance and tyre puncture are free for Cowboy Care subscribers.
The following services must be paid for as part of On Demand, even if you are a Cowboy Care subscriber:
