It is not possible to exchange your current bike against the new Cruiser model. If you would prefer to have a Cowboy Cruiser bike, you will need to return your current bike and order the new bike from the website. Please be aware of the guidelines to return your bike that you can find here.

Cruisey with the highest gear ratio 3.00 (60/20)

It is not possible to change the handlebar / steering wheel of your Cowboy bike in general. The technical construction is different in each model, and they are not compatible with one another.
