All (spare) parts of your Cowboy bike can also be purchased separately. Some of them can be directly purchased through our webshop. If you are interested in purchasing other spare parts, simply contact us through the chat on your app, and we will place an order for you.
If you need new or spare keys for your battery, please go to the chat in your app, select "Something else" > "I want to buy a spare part" > "Order a battery key". The order will then be created automatically.

The accessory I am interested in is out of stock, when will I be able to purchase it?
If an item is out of stock, our Spare Parts Team is already taking the necessary steps to replenish the stock. We suggest to add your email address by clicking on "Get notified" so that you receive an email immediately once the part you need is back in stock.
