How can I change the delivery address of my bike/order?

  • If your order has not left our warehouse (this means that you still don't see a tracking link on your order status page) it is still possible to change your address on our side. In this case, please reach out to the team as quickly as possible to update the delivery address.

  • If your order has left our warehouse (this means that you see a tracking link on your order status page), it is not possible to change your address on our side anymore. Please get in touch with the delivery partner to request the address change directly with them.

How can I change the model/colour (SKU) of my bike?

It is absolutely fine if you changed your mind and would like another bike model or colour. The process will be different depending if the order was shipped or not:

  • If your order has not left our warehouse (this means that you still don't see a tracking link on your order status page), you can open your customer portal (https://shorturl.at/cHT37) and request the cancellation of your order. Then, you can place the order for the correct model on our website.

  • If your order has left our warehouse (this means that you see a tracking link on your order status page), it is not possible to change the model or colour of your bike anymore.
    In this case, you can either accept the bike you have ordered, or get in touch with the team to request to return this bike and reorder the other model/colour you wanted. Please bear in mind that in case of a return, return shipping costs will be charged.

How can I add or remove items from my order?

  • If you would like to remove items from your order, please get in touch with the team as quickly as possible to avoid your order being shipped in the meantime.

  • If you would like to add items to your order, we suggest to simply place a new order on our webshop.

How can I change the payment method of my order?

Unfortunately, once a payment method has been chosen and used, it is not possible to change it afterwards. If you absolutely need to change the payment method, please get in touch with the team to request to cancel your order before it is shipped. You will then be able to place a new order once you have been refunded for the first order you placed.
