Repair
Do you have an issue with your bike? Please chat with us to describe your problem. Our support team will first conduct a remote diagnostic and then schedule the right service for you.
Please find below more information about our service fees, if they're not covered by the 2-year warranty.
Parts fees
The parts necessary to repair your bike will be shipped straight to your place in case of mobile service. The price of those parts will appear on the quote you'll receive.
Labor fees
The tasks required to fix your bike and their price will also appear on your quote.
Note that a minimum labor fee of 30€ applies for all mobile services.
Travel fees
In case a mobile technician comes to you, you'll be charged for the travel. We're using a flat fee of 39€ in all the cities where we have a technician*, and 89€ anywhere else.
If you go to one of recommended partner shops, no travel fee will of course apply.
