Where do you deliver your bikes?

We are currently shipping our bikes to Austria, Belgium, France (excluding Corsica), Germany, Luxembourg, the Netherlands, mainland Britain (England, Wales and Scotland as far north as, and including, Edinburgh and Glasgow), Italy, Spain (excluding Balearic Islands and Island of Tenerife) Sweden, Denmark and the United States exclusively.

We are planning to launch deliveries, test rides and an after-sales service in other countries as well in the future. We don't have specific launch dates to communicate yet. If you subscribe to our newsletter, we'll happily keep you posted once we have arrived in your home country.

For our Circular bikes: we are currently only shipping them to Belgium, the Netherlands, Germany and France exclusively.

How does the delivery happen in my country?

Belgium, the Netherlands and Luxembourg:

If you live in Belgium, the Netherlands or Luxembourg, your bike will be delivered with MHD (My Home Delivery).

In the Netherlands, your bike will be delivered by a local partner called Izipack.

Once MHD has received the bike from our warehouse, they will transport it to your doorstep themselves. You will be able to follow your bike with a tracking link that you can always find on your order status page that you received in your confirmation email.

It usually takes between 2 to 5 business days for MHD to get in touch with you via email or phone from the day your bike left our warehouse.

You will be able to adapt the delivery date directly with them if the suggested time does not suit you.

Prior to the delivery, you will also receive an estimated timeframe when the bike is expected to be delivered. Please beware that this is an estimation that can change depending on unforeseeable events.

MHD (BE/LU)/Izipack (NL) will be your point of contact from the moment you have received the tracking link.

France

If you live in France, your bike will be delivered with Geodis. Once the order is placed, your bike is shipped to Geodis' warehouse in Valenciennes, and it will then head to your doorstep.

You will be able to follow your bike with a tracking link that you can always find on your order status page that you received in your confirmation email.

It usually takes between 3 to 7 business days for Geodis to get in touch with you via email or phone from the day your bike left our warehouse.

Through the tracking link, you will be able to choose which date suits you best for the delivery of your bike. Kindly note that no timeframe can be chosen, so the bike can be delivered anytime between 8am and 6pm on the day you choose. A more precise estimation can be provided on the day of the delivery, but it is an estimation that can change depending on unforeseeable events.
