Are your batteries certified for safety?
Absolutely! We understand that safety is a top priority for our customers, so all our batteries undergo rigorous certification processes to ensure they are safe for use. Our batteries have obtained the Full CE testing and certification suite (Conformité Européenne), UN38.3 certification for lithium batteries, and NEN-EN15194 certification for the European e-bike directive. Additionally, our batteries have recently obtained SGS certification for the US market.
How do you test your batteries?
We test 100% of our batteries during assembly and at the end of the production line. These tests ensure that our batteries are completely waterproof, have full capacity and have perfectly working connections before they reach our customers.
What kind of internal protection do your batteries have?
Our batteries are equipped with a state-of-the-art battery management system (BMS) that protects them against short circuits and too high or low temperatures. The BMS is designed to prevent damage to the battery by monitoring and regulating charging and discharging and its overall health. This ensures that our batteries are safe and reliable for our customers to use.
